• We don’t publish the addresses of our properties online for security reasons. If you have a made a booking and need the address, please contact Tam.
  • Unfortunately any deliveries intended for guests, but that arrive at our head office instead, won’t be accepted.
  • Our business is also to arrange your activities – This is not a Rental Only property.
  • Please note that we do not take a booking on our properties without the booking of extra activities which guarantees our guests a great time and deters from them becoming solely ‘party houses’.
  • We work on a 2 night weekend Fri-Sunday with a free night on the Sunday night and checkout before 10am Monday morning – most guests like to have a lie-in and then hang around beautiful Brighton on the Sunday before returning home.
  • We need a 50% deposit to secure the property for you.
  • Our usual check in time is 3:30pm, although we can be flexible with this if needed and can arrange to meet a shopping delivery if you want anything chilled.
  • Check out time is 10am on the Monday morning although you can leave any time before. We will discuss the door security with you during check-in.
  • On arrival Nicola or Tamara will be meet you at the property to go through house rules, give you keys and answer any questions.
  • We provide all linen and towels (one hand & one bath towel per guest), cleaning products & loo-roll, an iron and ironing board.
  • You are staying within the centre of Brighton. This is also a residential area, with families living close by. Brighton & Hove Council enforce specific rules regarding noise, rubbish and general behaviour within short term lets.
