THE RAILWORKS is a new direction for BEATNIK BREAKS and is a result of all of our experience in delivering high end short-term letting houses, stag do’s, hen parties, private dining and events. The property is specified to a very high ‘boutique hotel’ standard whilst being available for private hire; giving guests the space, luxury & facilities of a hotel, yet with the privacy, choice and comfort of a home.

Situated 5 minutes away from Brighton train station and the famous Brighton Lanes, these two RAILWORKS properties are a conversion of Brighton’s former New England railway maintenance depot. THE RAILWORKS still retains the former railway arches, with one in each property, each arch measuring 5m across and spanning the width of each dining space.

THE RAILWORKS is a distinctive venue offering ’boutique hotel’ levels of design, refinement and facilities. Unlike a hotel, the properties offer ‘complete house hire’ giving you sole use and total privacy for your stay. Each RAILWORKS house has 7 king sized ensuite bedrooms, all with hand built luxury ‘wet rooms’. The suites each contain a ‘day time’ area with day beds for socialising, relaxed working and meetings, plus a desk with a 4K monitor and charging ports. The ground floor private event space has a 40” 4K TV and a modular table arrangement seating 34 in comfort. We offer a broad choice of in-house catering and can customise the property to meet your specific needs. Brighton Mainline Train Station is within 5 minutes walk and secure overnight parking is across the road.

THE RAILWORKS is centrally located, being just 3 minutes walk to the famous ‘Brighton Lanes’ and a few minutes more to the Royal Pavilion and the beach with all it’s entertainment and attractions. RAILWORKS 1 & 2 each sleep 4/5 people per suite and a total of 34 in each property. Unlike a hotel, THE RAILWORKS has an 11 metre kitchen, dining and living space to each property, giving large groups the option to privately shop, cook, eat and relax together.

THE RAILWORKS has been created with food, design, socialising and sharing at it’s heart. The 11 meter open plan ‘chef’s kitchen & private dining room’ spans the entire ground floor and includes an artisan built, solid cedar, chef’s kitchen and 34 person private dining table. Create an event and watch as your choice of private chef prepares, cooks and presents in front of you.
THE RAILWORKS team can customise your stay with a wide choice of catering from a Mexican street food buffet to a 7 course taster menu with our Michelin chef. Why not try something different for your celebration?

HEN DO & STAG PARTY

THE RAILWORKS can work to your specific group requirements and we welcome well behaved hen do and stag parties. The properties are very centrally located and are a short walk to all the city has to offer, both within its day time and night time economy. THE RAILWORKS provides a more luxurious ‘boutique hotel’ level of refinement and facilities than traditional ‘residential holiday lets’, offering the facilities of a hotel yet with the privacy and choice of a home. BEATNIK BREAKS will also work with you to design the perfect stag or hen party package or private dining, events and activities.
